The farmer Hans-Gerhard Fink came to a small fruit distillery in the 1990s and was so fascinated that he tried to burn himself a little later. At first as a hobby, but infected by the schnappsbrennervirus, he soon let himself be set up another, larger distille to create professionally fruit brandies and meals. During this time, the idea of devoting himself to the production of whiskey. The thought was obvious, because finally the raw materials grew in their own fields.

Finch Classic matured for 5 years in former wine barrels. Filled with 40 vol. % Alcohol, without dye and not cold -filtered.
