Kingsbarns is a fledgling distillery in the Scottish Lowlands that filled its first cask in 2015. Run by the Wemyss family, who have been working as independent bottlers for many years, the young single malt from the Scottish lowlands is enjoying growing popularity.

Kingsbarns Doocot matured for at least 7 years in ex-bourbon casks 90% and STR barriques 10% casks. Bottled at 46% ABV. Alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Sweet and floral, smooth brown sugar with banana cake batter and tropical notes.

Taste: Pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb.
