The Balvenie distillery was founded in 1892 right next to the Glenfiddich distillery and is still in family hands today. Connoisseurs appreciate the soft single malts of the distillery, which as one of the few in Scotland still operates its own malt floors. Balvenie produces - rather atypical for the Scottish Speyside - also smoky whiskey. The entire time in a combination of American and European oak barrels. Filled with 48 vol. %& nbsp; alcohol, without dye.
